Cicuma operates on a "Cellular" architecture. Data processed within your deployed Cells remains within your isolated environment. We DO NOT ingest, scrape, or train models on your proprietary enterprise data without a separate, written Data Usage Agreement.
We may collect aggregated, anonymized telemetry data regarding the performance, uptime, and error rates of the Software ("System Health Data"). This data implies no ownership of your underlying business logic or customer records.
Cicuma retains System Health Data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as security and analytics. We accept no liability for the deletion or failure to store any user data.
Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.
WE IMPLEMENT REASONABLE SECURITY MEASURES INTENDED TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION. HOWEVER, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET, OR METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE, IS 100% SECURE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION.
